1. You can download the form from the website, which will be downloaded in Microsoft Excel. Once you have entered all the required information you can fax it to (03) 9858 2214

2.  You can fill in the form electronically and submit it on-line. Your return will be completed by a qualified accountant and a Tax Estimate will be e-mail or faxed back to you as well as a Electronic Lodgment Declaration form  which you must sign. You then must return the sign declaration including your group certificates to:

Once your return is lodge to the ATO you will be notify by e-mail.

Your fee of $45 will be taken out of your refund and your refund cheque will be posted to you in approximately 14 days. Your refund can also be put directly into your account. If there are any problems in processing your return or we need additional information we will e-mail or ring you.
